The current focus of a one-person company — updated as the work shifts.

1Shipping the personal-AI feature core on macOS: local chat with memory, morning brief, pattern detection, what-if simulator, and agentic actions into Reminders / Notes / Calendar / Mail (v0.9.x).

2Reframing everything around the north star: VAND is the first personal AI — an AI with no parent company.

3Next up: voice journal (local Whisper), photo journal (local vision model), and the public launch.

4After launch: iOS — PWA first, then native Swift, syncing through the user's own iCloud Drive. No server.
